This week I thought I’d recommend Meredith goats feta, not just because it’s my favourite brand of goats cheese thanks to its soft, creamy texture – unlike so many supermarket brands that are dry and tasteless, not just because its drenched in garlic infused olive oil, herbs and pepper corns, creating a truly exquisite flavour, not just because they practice sustainable farming and use renewable energy on their beautiful family run farm in country Victoria, but because I think it’s important for you to know that fat is not the enemy when it comes to our health – not when its consumed in this form! What’s more, goats dairy is far less allergenic and mucous forming than its fellow four legged friend the cow, so you can feel assured your making a smart and healthy food choice by substituting goats dairy products for A1 containing cows dairy.
I have also included Meredith goats feta in two of my recent recipes to help inspire you to get back to the kitchen and whip up a healthy and delicious creation.
See my link to these and other recipes below.
- Roast Organic Chicken with fresh fig and goats cheese stuffing
- Fresh Fig, goats feta and walnut salad
I hope you enjoy Meredith Goats feta as much as I do when cooking for my friends and family.

Hi there, I just thought I would let you know I used to use the Meredith goats and sheep range, they are very yummy. I don’t now because I emailed them to ask if they vaccinate and use antibiotics and they use both, I was rather disappointed, but there you go. Cheers Tracey
