Health Diaries

As part of tracking your progress on the 6WK program, I recommend completing each of the health diaries. This will help to keep you on track and accountable, as well as provide you with an insight into your progress and improvements in any pre existing symptoms.

Life may not always enable you to complete each of the recommended diaries every day throughout the 6WK program, however at the very least, I recommend you fill out each of the diaries before and after completing the program.   Keeping more regular diary entries, will help you to gain more momentum and routine, until you feel you have established healthier eating and lifestyle habits. For some this may take longer than others, depending on your will power and the time it takes to experience a shift in your body’s biochemistry.
