Eat Yourself Healthy – Sally Joseph

Recommendations

Lets face it, we could all do with a little guidance at times when it comes to sifting through the sea of supposedly ‘healthy’ foods and products, but not all are what they claim to be, so I want to be your professional eyes and ears as part of sharing my knowledge around all things healthy!

My recommendations are based purely on my professional knowledge and opinion, not to mention my personal love for these products, places and people, that I feel truly deserve my Nutritionist tick of approval  in helping you live a healthier, happier, more relaxed life!

Whether it be a food or a beauty product, I believe is healthy and convenient to add to your shopping trolley, or a muscle n bone person such as a massage therapist, acupuncturist or chiro that I found fantastic to iron out all those crinkles, or simply someone to help relax your soul, I want to share these experiences and products as a way of saying ‘hey their  ok,  they may help you too!’

As part of my recommendations I’ll also be including regular reviews for various cafes and restaurants, that I have enjoyed munching on their delicious food, all whilst maintaining my healthy diet and lifestyle tricks.  Even when doing a detox or wanting  to avoid gluten, cows dairy or maintain a low sugar diet, I want to show you how easy it is to still venture out with your friends or special other half and not feel like you have to order like a rabbit.  Because after all what could give you  more joy than the pleasure of eating yummy food!
