Welcome to the Eat Yourself Healthy “Progress Tracker”. This is where you will be able to record lots of important information about your health – both BEFORE and AFTER the 6 week program – so you can monitor your progress and track your results.
I truly believe “you can manage what you measure” in life, so by recording as much information about your health and the goals you want to achieve, you will be able to establish exactly where your health is at right now and then track your progress to the end of the 6WK Program and beyond.
